Long-term housing
The dormitory is intended primarily for full-time students of Palacký University; others are welcome, capacity permitting. The Centre for Foreign Language Training, part of the Educational Faculty of Palacký University, is located in part of the building. Also located in the building is a health care facility (dental, gynaecological, paediatric).

● Each suite has two triple rooms.
● Shared kitchen units equipped with electric two-burner stoves, electric kettles, and micro-wave ovens.

● Laundry room, drying room, study rooms, television room, and table tennis are available.
● A health care facility (dental, gynaecological, paediatric) is located in the building.
● Linen service: bed linens exchanged every fortnight.
